2024 Market Lane

We can’t wait to have you join us in December 2024 for our second annual Martini Town Merry & Bright holiday event.

At this time, we are extending a warm invitation to local artisans to apply as vendors for our Merry & Bright Market Lane this December.

Apply to be a 2024 vendor

We are now accepting applications from local businesses for this December’s Market Lane. This year, we are expanding the space to accommodate more guests and vendors. Join us and be part of a bigger and better event!

Vendor applications are open until July 31, 2024.

Before signing up, here are a few things to note:
  • Applying to be a vendor is not a guarantee – all applications will be reviewed by the end of July, and contracts and invoices will be sent to selected vendors in August.
  • Vendors are expected to be present and showcase their products for a minimum of one week, from Wednesday through Sunday.
  • Exhibit fees for the week will vary depending on the location and booth size. Space will be available starting at $750 +GST for the week (Wednesday to Sunday).
  • Merry & Bright is an outdoor event with a tent covering the Market Lane to shield guests and vendors from the elements. However, please be aware that the Market Lane is not heated. Vendors will be provided with a 1500W electric radiant space heater to keep their hands and feet warm. No additional heat will be provided. For safety reasons, bringing personal electric or propane heaters is not permitted.
  • Vendors can leave their table setups for the week, but please be advised that any products or displays left out are at the vendor’s own risk.
  • Martini Town can accommodate approximately 1,500 guests per hour. Given the high foot traffic through Market Lane, vendors are encouraged to prepare accordingly to meet demand. We expect vendors to have enough inventory to remain open for the week they have reserved. Last year many vendors sold out!
  • We’re particularly interested in local small businesses offering handmade, unique items, especially those perfect for stocking stuffers. Vendors selling food or cosmetic products will need to provide proof of insurance. Unfortunately, we do not accept vendors promoting services or selling alcoholic beverages.

If you’re a local small business with products that fit the bill, we want to hear from you!
