Event Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully before purchasing a Martini Town Merry & Bright ticket (hereafter called the “Event”). By attending and participating in the Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Weather Conditions: Please note that our Event is held outdoors and may take place in various weather conditions, including cold temperatures, rain, or snow. It is your responsibility to dress appropriately and prepare for the weather, which includes wearing footwear designed for snowy, icy, rainy or slippery outdoor surfaces. In case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled to ensure the safety of all attendees. If the Event is cancelled, we will provide a voucher to attendees, which will allow them to visit on an alternative day of their choice.
2. Assumption of Risks: Attending outdoor Events, especially at night, comes with inherent risks, including uneven terrain, slippery surfaces, and limited visibility. By choosing to attend the Event, you are acknowledging these risks and taking full responsibility for your actions and their consequences.
3. Liability Waiver: The Event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and any associated entities are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the Event. You participate at your own risk.
4. Health and Safety: Please consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns before attending this outdoor event. There will be no cover, heat or seating for the duration of your visit, so please plan accordingly. To ensure the health and safety of all event attendees, we kindly request that you stay at home if you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for a contagious disease. The event organizers will not be held responsible for any health-related issues or illnesses that may occur during the Event. Attendees are solely responsible for their own health and hygiene practices.
5. Children and Minors: It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise their children and minors during the Event. Please keep a close eye on your children to ensure their safety. Climbing the buildings, sitting on railings, or performing any action that may cause damage to the film sets or decorations is strictly prohibited for all guests. Please obey all signs and Event staff directions.
6. Lost or Stolen Items: You are responsible for your personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including those in your vehicle.
7. Animals: Pets are not allowed at the Event for the comfort and safety of all guests and staff. However, we recognize that certain individuals may require service animals’ assistance to attend the Event. Only registered service animals, such as guide dogs for the visually impaired or hearing dogs for the deaf, are allowed as an exception to this policy.
8. Food and Beverage: Please be aware of any food allergies and consume the food and beverages served at the Event at your own discretion. It is important to note that all food served at the Event was made in a kitchen or facility that contains common allergens. The organizers of the Event are not liable for any allergic reactions or other adverse effects that may arise from consuming the food and beverages.
9. Alcohol and Substance Use: The consumption of alcohol or any other recreational substances is strictly prohibited. Guests who arrive at the Event already intoxicated will not be permitted entry and no refunds will be issued.
10. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at the Event. This policy applies to all areas of the Event venue, including vehicles in the parking lot. We are committed to providing a smoke-free and vape-free environment for the health and comfort of all attendees.
11. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes safety, respect, and consideration for others. Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in your removal from the Event and could lead to prosecution.
12. Diversity and Inclusion: We celebrate and value diversity. Our Event is open to all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or any other characteristic. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated.
13. Accessibility: We aim to ensure that our Event is accessible to all attendees. If you have specific accessibility needs or requests, please contact the Event organizers in advance so that we can make reasonable accommodations to the best of our ability.
14. Emergency Services: If you experience a medical emergency during the Event, please seek immediate assistance from the Event staff or security. On-site first-aid services will be available to provide necessary medical attention. In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, participants grant event organizers permission to seek medical treatment on their behalf, including the administration of necessary medical procedures or transportation to a medical facility.
By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your likeness in photos and videos taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending Martini Town Merry & Bright, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to comply with the Event’s rules and guidelines. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from purchasing a ticket or attending the Event. The Event organizers reserve the right to update or modify these terms as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants. An updated copy of this policy will be posted at the Event entrance.
